In wanting to get better at design. I came across this interview of David Kelley the founder of IDEO pals with Steve Jobs. What an amazing man that helped so many people. After watching the biggest takeaway for me about Design Thinking is to have empathy for the user and understand their problems. Hope this is helpful for you too.
