DigitalOcean might also be one such platform. 😢 It has recurring bills with limited information even when I have stopped using it for months.

I also had an issue with AWS on recurring bills, so I deactivated the account. Now I cannot use the same email...

AWS told me to use a different email... (with +aws@gmail.com, or similar), but I currently bye byed AWS.
