I've just finished to read "Just Listen: Discover the Secret to Getting Through to Absolutely Anyone", it's a nice addition to Dale Carnegie's book.
I love that you don't have any technical books in there. I'm coding for long enough to say what many learn the hard way: communication problems is what break people, teams, and software.
