This is entirely new to me-using SQL for machine learning prediction.
Notwithstanding, I don't think I want to try it, unless someone convince me otherwise. It looks more cumbersome and I am trying very hard to see its advantage over other predictive platforms already available.
Hi Maxon, I'm the co-founder of MindsDB, thanks for your comment. The idea behind MindsDB is to make ML more accessible to more people, and by brining ML to the database it is not available to all those who know SQL. We have this concept called AI -Tables which basically makes predictions look like regular database tables, the advantage of this is you or anyone inside your org can now get access to them and bring the data to your App, website or BI tool very easily.
Here is a video explaining the concept (its a little simple for someone with your technical background but it gives a good overview). youtube.com/watch?v=tnB4Y9T1E2k.
We would be very interested in talking with you so we can learn how you do things and hopefully make MindsDB better. If you are open to it, send me a message and i'll set up a time to chat on zoom.

Feel free to check out this clip why MindsDB is such a great choice, especially for beginners youtube.com/watch?v=IpBkuR1gdRA
