In my personal opinion "my article" is good enough, as there's context before and after it. It may be vague in the sense of which article though if the user is navigating by links.
The second link describes it clearly, you could even exclude the "my" to shorten it a bit. It also gives the context within the link, meaning that someone who is navigating by links would be able to know where it'll take them from the get-go.
