Subject: Sybase-to-Oracle Migration Environment Setup

Hi team,

The developments for the Sybase-to-Oracle load and verification process for GLOBAL_COMET_US_1 have reached the stage where users can begin performing migration and verification independently.

This includes:

Step 1: Sybase QA to Oracle DEV

Step 2: Sybase PROD to Oracle DEV

Step 3 (eventually): Sybase PROD to Oracle PROD

For user-initiated runs, I plan to provide a structure similar to the private development/test directory tree, including scripts, control files, migrated data, and logs.

At the moment, the root directory is located under my personal area:
/home/ls61218/OracleMigration.
I am currently looking for a new common location on the eqtpsqa56.nam.nsroot.net host to establish a shared root directory for all users.

I will also add a README describing the basic steps. After that, users will be able to begin running migration trials and performing verifications.
