What Cleaning Actually Costs in Guelph, St. Catharines, Welland, and Brantford

Pro Cleaning Pros has been expanding outward from Toronto for almost three years. After locking in the GTA core last year and adding the Tri-Cities + Niagara Falls this spring, we are now formally servicing Guelph, St. Catharines, Welland, and Brantford on the same flat-rate pricing. No franchise overhead, no mileage surcharges. Here is exactly what we charge in each city and what each local market actually looks like from the inside.

Guelph

The limestone heritage homes downtown are one of a kind in southern Ontario. They demand a specific protocol — no acids, no vinegar, no abrasives. pH-neutral cleaners only, microfiber on woodwork. We have been working in St. George's Park and Old University for over a year. The Westend and Pineridge are 70s-90s family detached, mostly biweekly recurring. U of G student rentals get heavy May and August turnover work.

Recurring biweekly is $129 flat. Deep clean is $179.

St. Catharines

The downtown Victorian core along Yates and Queenston Street has restored Victorians and century semis. Port Dalhousie has lakefront homes with serious window dust from lake-effect weather. Glendale and Western Hill are 70s-90s family subdivisions. The North End along Bunting Road is the post-2000 growth.

We do not charge extra to drive from Toronto. Same flat $129 regular, $179 deep clean.

Brock University rental turnovers are steady spring work — landlord inspection-grade move-out cleans from $269 for 1BR.

Welland

Mostly working-class detached homes through the downtown and canal-adjacent neighborhoods. Niagara College drives the spring rental turnover season. Dain City is the new build growth area.

We are not the cheapest in Welland but we keep the same crew on every recurring visit, which most local providers cannot say. Flat $129 regular, $179 deep clean.

Canal-adjacent homes get heavier window dust from canal traffic. We factor that into recurring routes without making it a separate charge.

Brantford

Wilfrid Laurier Brantford has expanded the downtown student rental scene. West Brant along King George Road is the new family subdivision growth zone. Brant Park and downtown still have heritage homes near 150 years old. Lansdowne and Eagle Place are working-class biweekly recurring routes.

No 403 corridor surcharges from Toronto. Same flat $129 regular, $179 deep clean.

Post-construction cleans on West Brant new builds start at $349 for 2BR, $499 for 3BR — we carry HEPA vacuums specifically for drywall dust.

Bottom line

Flat pricing, same crew on recurring, bonded and insured, eco-friendly products throughout. If you are in any of these four cities and want a real quote, the fastest way is via https://procleaningpros.ca/get-quote.
