The downtown Victorian core along Yates and Queenston Street has restored Victorians and century semis. Port Dalhousie has lakefront homes with serious window dust from lake-effect weather. We are not the cheapest in Welland but we keep the same crew on every recurring visit, which most local providers cannot say. Flat $129 regular, $179 deep clean.

Wilfrid Laurier Brantford has expanded the downtown student rental scene. West Brant along King George Road is the new family subdivision growth zone. Brant Park and downtown still have heritage homes near 150 years old. Lansdowne and Eagle Place are working-class biweekly recurring routes.
