What Cleaning Actually Costs in Waterloo Region and Niagara: Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Niagara Falls

After two and a half years of running Pro Cleaning Pros out of Toronto and driving up the 401 regularly, we have extended our service to the Waterloo Region tri-cities and Niagara Falls. Same flat-rate pricing, same crew, no franchise mileage upcharges. Here is exactly what we charge in each city and what the local cleaning market actually looks like from the inside.

Kitchener

The housing stock here is one of the most varied in Ontario — Victorian century homes around Victoria Park, post-war ranches in Forest Heights, new builds in Doon and Huron Village, and downtown condos near the Communitech Hub. Each one needs a slightly different approach.

Recurring biweekly is $129 flat. Deep clean is $179. We honor that pricing whether you are in a 1920s semi off Queen Street or a 2022 build in Huron Village. No surprise charges, no hidden fees.

Waterloo

We work three markets here.

  1. University crowd along Columbia, Phillip, and Albert. Deep clean turnovers in May and August that pass landlord inspection — and we have seen that inspection get aggressive.
  2. Uptown condos along King — The Red, 144 Park, Bauer District. Bread-and-butter recurring cleans where elevator booking and concierge etiquette matter.
  3. Family side: Beechwood, Lakeshore, Laurelwood. Biweekly recurring for years on end.

Move-out cleans start at $269 for 1BR, $349 for 2BR, $449 for 3BR.

Cambridge

Three towns in a trench coat. The stone-built Victorians in Galt and Hespeler need careful handling — microfiber, pH-neutral products, no pressure-washing original stonework. Preston bungalows are simpler, mostly mid-century post-war detached. East Galt subdivisions are 2010s-onwards builds that get the standard treatment.

We do not charge extra to come from Toronto. Same $129 regular, $179 deep clean across all three cores.

Niagara Falls

The Falls is two cleaning markets in one city. The tourist corridor along Stanley, Buchanan, and Clifton Hill is heavy Airbnb — same-day turnovers between guests, fresh linen swap (you supply linens), bathroom resets, kitchen disinfect, restock options.

Airbnb turnover pricing: $89 studio, $109 1BR, $139 2BR, $179 3BR. Volume discount for hosts with 3+ units.

Outside the tourist core, Stamford and Chippawa are mostly residential biweekly recurring work, plus Niagara College move-out cleans in May.

Bottom line

Flat pricing, same crew on recurring, bonded and insured, eco-friendly products throughout. If you are in any of these four cities and want a real quote, the fastest way is via https://procleaningpros.ca/get-quote.
