Outlook tips and tricks pt 2 keyboard shortcuts

change views:

  1. use CTRL 1 to switch to the mail view
  2. use CTRL 2 to switch to the calendar view
  3. use CTRL 3 to switch to the people view
  4. use CTRL 4 to switch to the tasks view
  5. use CTRL 5 to switch to the notes view
  6. use CTRL 6 to switch to the full folder list view
  7. use CTRL 7 to switch to the shortcuts view
  8. use CTRL 8 to switch to the journal view

create a new view:

  1. use CTRL shift M to create a new mail view
  2. use CTRL shift A to create a new calendar view
  3. use CTRL shift C to create a new people view
  4. use CTRL shift K to create a new tasks view
  5. use CTRL shift N to create a new notes view
  6. use CTRL shift S to create a new posts view
