Hey I've tried a bunch of technology-specific locations online like forums and chats but usually get spammy responses from consulting companies. So now it's mostly linkedin to be honest - both ads and targeting. Had great success with local organisations connecting students with industry also.

Darragh, I wonder where you go to find candidates and what are the filters / criteria you use during your initial search.

And filters are role dependent but mostly targeting demonstrated growth, learning. Would expect senior folks to have good skills of course
