I wonder if you could pair one of these minimal libraries like Plume (or Pico.css or what not) with also openprops -- it's kind of like tailwind or tachyons utilities but uses CSS custom properties instead. I feel like you could let the minimal ones get your main 1 hour mark as you said, and then you could take it further using openprops open-props.style/
Ok, I also have to suggest my AgnosticUI but it's value proposition is more that it works in React, Svelte, Vue 3, and Angular. I wouldn't call it lightweight really (although I try to be efficient).
