I quite like the aesthetics (colours and font choice), things look quite good on mobile.
On desktop the top menu buttons are hard to read because they have low opacity, + I would get rid of <> symbols in buttons.
I think you could get rid of menu altogether because on desktop it looks quite empty now, you could all information [Experience, Skills, Projects] into cards on one page in one row.

Thanks for the feedback, will have look how I can improve the nav bar, if not I will remove it.
