I'm searching for employment now and I have to try and remember that every rejection is a chance to learn something new about myself. Unfortunately, most companies don't seem interested in sharing why they reject candidates and we have to play detective, but I personally believe there's always something there for me to discover.
Actually I didn't fell myself as a failure, I just failed in the process. This text was more about a reflection about my expectations.
