Outsourcing was great 10 maybe even 15 years ago, but nowadays no one has a work ethic. Major rip off artists on sites everywhere.
And the good coders that do good work...forget it...you won't have any margin.
I'm busier than ever in my 30 year career and I have only one freelancer working for me and he's thankfully a dang good coder that lives here.
