Show me some examples of your great UX work where you respect not only the factor of being able to load a site from the woods within 0.8s (people on the countryside and in the woods are very busy and have no time to loose) but respecting circumstances and factors relevant to the other 99% of the users. By the way 3G means a speed of up to 15Mbits/s which is ~2MB/s.
