Documents for eProcurement UP Registration
To register on the eProc UP portal, vendors must submit important business and financial documents. Company set up details like the Certificate of Incorporation or Partnership Deed and the MOA & AOA are required. Business details like GST Registration Certificate, PAN, and Aadhaar ID of the authorized signatory also needs to be shared. A valid Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is mandatory for all bidders.
In addition, MSME/Udyam Registration, audited balance sheets, ITR, and a Turnover Certificate is also mandatory. Financial strength documents like Bank Solvency and Net Worth Certificates also ensure credibility during registration, making the bidder eligible to participate in government tenders.
DSC Registration for Uttar Pradesh eprocurement
