Lay out the facts and be specific why something is wrong and how it should be done or even must be done. It’s part of our lives, our jobs. But not saying anything is bad. I’ve been there too recently and changed ever since. Give others a chance. Only after x times, when it seems hopeless a lay-off might be the only solution.
