9. Worry about yourself
Do not take work home with you. Leave it at the door. When you are off the clock, worry about you and anyone close to you. Take time for your mental health. Get out, go walk in a park or safe area. Read a book that interests you outside or at a coffee shop. Also don't neglect fitness, even if you start with just walking.

10. Mold the next generation
Volunteer to teach others in your community. If you can't find a place that hosts coding lessons or programming sessions then create one. Make a good slide show, see if a place will let you host there with low or no cost. Or volunteer at a local highschool after school program to get kids into tech.
