The Yaru icon for Perl files is somewhat problematic. I didn't manage to trace how this choice was made. It's not consistent with other programming languages icons. E.g. for some reason, the Go files icon doesn't use the Gopher mascot.
I don't blame the use of a camel, but the comic style camel. I like childish or comic style things (e.g. I am a great fan of Raku mascott), but not sure if this is a great choice in this situation.
