I agree. I've moved away from Bootstrap/etc to just things like Tailwind CSS. It's still a framework, but it's not anything predefined, it allows me to build my own UI style for my website. Although I still use Flask-like things (like Quart) for backend. (Because I'm not gonna write my own HTTP library with server.)
