While everyone is focused on their professional accomplishments, Google isn't looking for a past-perfect resume. They're looking for a dynamic, intelligent, and fun candidate—someone who can show them why they'd be a great employee. If you've done anything at all of note in the last two years, you stand out from the crowd and can land yourself an interview with Google.
