Thank you for writing this! I feel like as I'm getting more experience in the field, I've tend to become more conservative and take my time to plan everything and tackle the core/important things first. Oh gosh, don't get me started on comparing how many PRs I push vs others. It's something I'm constantly noticing, but never helpful.

My personal takeaway from this... enlightenment...is that I could be more communicative. I have more I could communicate about why something's taking me so long. I could communicate more about the scope of the problem, the depth with which I'm thinking about it, the challenges I'm recognizing along the way. I hope you find the strength to advocate for yourself in a similar way!
