great question. You can, there are plugins for that such as github.com/lukasoppermann/design-t.... you will then have to modify as the json is a bit different. I haven't worked with the API and I know there are some tools that allow you to but with Bit it wasn't possible

Do you extract them automatically from Figma using their API?
