Developers do not code at whiteboards and on paper. We code on computers using code completion and google. So interview should test how good you at that not at something else. But they test you at something else because interviewers just that dumb. They can't understand simple things. You need to tell this to them at the beginning of your interview instead of trying to be good at something that is not your job. I am wondering when this will all change...
