I have found "First Timers Only" label so helpful to try "git stuff" without worrying about ruining someone else's project.
Once upon a time, I used to worry about messing up this stuff. The truth is that if you don't have write access to the repository there's only so much you can mess up.
The worst that could happen is someone kindly saying: oh hey would you mind doing it this way? 🙂
Maybe that’s true. I wish to got that comment soon. Once I got it, it will meant there would be no worse thing can happen. Don’t worry, I’m not going to write a shitty PR on purpose.😉
