Empty Excel Folders for Python programming

Hello everyone,
I would like to write a Python code for Excel, in which I copy the Excel, search for header rows and annonymize them. Most of the code is complete. There is only one little thing left. When checking heading rows, python searches column by column for headings that are structured row by row. Unfortunately, there is no rule that the heading always starts in the 2nd or 3rd line. The problem is that there can also be folders that contain no tables at all (i.e. only graphics or similar). I keep coming across the same error in the code. Does anyone know a code that can be used to save the "empty" folders anyway?

Many Greetings
Simon
