I don't want to sound too political but as someone with ADHD it's a bit awkward to see the use of drugs advertised (outside of the US, nobody takes Adderall). I find that a good todo list is a much better starting point :)
Just wanted to chime in and say that as someone with ADHD I don't consider it awkward. I find it more awkward to insinuate that nobody takes drugs to treat ADHD outside of the US (if I am interpreting you correctly). I am not from the US, and quite dependent on drugs to treat my ADHD properly, and I know a lot of other people who are too. If you can manage with just todo lists, that's great, but please let others treat their ADHD in the way that works for them because you sound a bit judgemental :)
