Your browser seems to be quite customized. Will this site be translated automatically if I only install this add-on with a new profile? Also, what is the language setting of the browser?

If i insert en in language for translation then google translate element not inserted
Language of page sometimes is determined like ru sometimes is uk, but google translate element is always inserted.

I noticed if i do ctrl f5 - refresh page without cache, then google translate element is not inserted. But if i refresh page with just f5, the google translate element is inserted.
