Hi, I am doing tooling stuff at the moment in order to work on my main project. Doing some neat stuff with integrating verdaccio and npm_lazy to allow cached and possibly offline npm usageinitially making them Window Services. If everyone starts tooling up with them this could really reduce a lot of network traffic from npm both for development and deployment. And help save the planet in a small or not so small way. So I intend to share a HOWTO and followups for this.
