I just completed a new automation project using n8n, focused on transforming how feedback is processed inside a business.

Watches for new feedback added to Google Sheets

Automatically runs AI analysis to extract:

Sentiment (Positive / Neutral / Negative)

Confidence Score

Emotions (Joy, Anger, Frustration, Sadness, etc.)

Urgency Level

AI Summary + Keywords

If the feedback is urgent, it instantly sends a Slack alert to the team

Enriches the feedback row with all AI insights

Updates a real-time dashboard in Looker Studio to visualize sentiment & trends
