A solutions for my pc who doesn't read ssd or run windows

I want a soltion to fix my pc so when i run it takes me to gigabyte logo and stack over there then when i enter gigabyte motherboard settings i think there is some issues of reading the ssd and this is the settings of my gigabyte motherboard settings :
