In many e-commerce teams, data is everywhere. Dashboards update in real time, reports circulate weekly, and performance metrics are rarely out of reach. Yet decisions still drift.

Not because information is missing, but because its role inside the decision-making process remains undefined. The presence of data does not automatically translate into clarity.

What often happens instead is a quiet disconnect. Numbers exist alongside decisions, not inside them. Choices are made first, then validated after the fact.
