I certainly concur with your "Update onboarding documentation" point.
That is actually the first task I accomplished at my first-ever dev job (post bootcamp). I introduced a color-coded system to our New Laptop Setup docs: terminal commands were orange monospaced font, expected output was dark green, possible error messages were red, etc.
We've had 4 more devs join the department after me, and each of them gave me great feedback about how easy it was to navigate the docs.
That's so awesome - top kudos to you! 🙌 I appreciate a good set of documentation that are clear and well maintained. It can help so much considering you'll be so overwhelmed with lots of new information whenever you start a new job, so having that solid reference really can help put new starters at ease imo.
