Lessons Learned from Building Tech Projects (and a Few Tools That Helped)

Hey everyone,

As the founder of genixovate, I’ve spent the last few years knee-deep in building and launching tech projects—some that took off, and others that taught me valuable lessons. If you’re working on your own AI or SaaS project, here are a few things I wish I’d known earlier:

Start with a real problem. It’s tempting to build something cool, but unless it solves a pain point, it’s hard to get traction.
Don’t reinvent the wheel. There are so many tools out there that can save you time and headaches. For example, I use genixovate to discover and compare the latest AI and SaaS tools—seriously a game-changer for staying ahead.
Automate early. Managing social media was eating up my time until I found ebirant, a social media autopilot that schedules and posts for you. It’s freed me up to focus on building, not just promoting.
Ship fast, iterate faster. Your first version won’t be perfect, but getting feedback early is crucial.
If you’re looking for tools to help you build, launch, or grow your project, check out genixovate. And if you’re tired of manual social posting, give ebirant a try.

What are your go-to tools or lessons from building tech projects? Let’s share and help each other out!
