Just went through a tough time with my Pag-IBIG loan and I'm still trying to process everything

Last month, I suddenly needed ₱5,000 because my brother was in the hospital and we had to pay for his medications. I thought I could just loan it from a friend or a small lending company, but it wasn't that easy. I tried to apply for a loan from a few places, but I got rejected because of my credit score. I was really worried and stressed, thinking about how I was going to pay for my brother's hospital bills.

I then tried to consider other options, like borrowing from a loan shark, but the interest rates were ridiculously high - we're talking about 20% per month. I knew that if I borrowed from them, I'd be in an even deeper financial hole. I was getting frustrated and didn't know what to do.

A few days ago, I was searching online for ways to get out of this financial mess, and I found this while searching online, I stumbled upon https://www.creditkaagapay.com/ which had an article about Pag-IBIG loan restructuring. I had no idea that Pag-IBIG had a program like this, and it seemed like it could be a lifeline for me. I read the article on https://www.creditkaagapay.com/blog/pag-ibig-loan-restructuring-what-it-means-for-ph-homeowners/ and it explained how the program works, and how it can help people like me who are struggling to pay their loans.

From what I understood, the program allows you to restructure your loan, lower your monthly payments, and even consolidate your arrears. It seemed like a great option, but I was still unsure if I qualified for it. I decided to visit my nearest Pag-IBIG branch and talk to a loans officer about my situation. They explained everything to me, and it turned out that I was eligible for the program.

I'm still in the process of applying for the program, but I'm hopeful that it will help me get back on my feet. I just wanted to share my story in case someone else is going through a similar situation. It's not easy to admit when we're struggling financially, but sometimes it's necessary to ask for help. Just sharing in case this helps someone.
