What I Built
BRIEF: Project Concept:
An intelligent video analysis platform that automatically extracts insights from videos, generates optimized content, and helps creators understand their video performance using AI.
The Story Behind It
What it does:
- AI Content Analysis: Automatically analyzes uploaded videos to extract key topics, sentiment, and engagement patterns
- Smart Chapter Generation: Uses AI to automatically create timestamped chapters and summaries
- Content Optimization: Provides data-driven suggestions for improving video titles, descriptions, and thumbnails
- Multi-language Support: Auto-generates captions and translations using Mux's built-in capabilities
- Performance Analytics: Tracks viewer engagement and provides actionable insights
Why I built it:
As a developer, I noticed content creators struggle with:
- Spending hours manually creating video chapters and descriptions
- Missing opportunities to optimize their content for better engagement
- Language barriers limiting their global reach
- Lack of data-driven insights about what makes their videos successful

Partnership and Conception of VidInsight AI
The idea for VidInsight AI was born from Deborah Loureiro Didini’s @deborah_loureiro_0fc0816b
direct observation of the recurring challenges faced by content creators. She joined forces with Rubem Didini Filho, @rubem_df_1a1e2a0c93c648ec whose technical background in AI and software development provided the technological foundation necessary to transform a diagnosis into a solution. The partnership was structured around complementary skills: Deborah’s expertise in the digital creation ecosystem and her deep understanding of creators’ real needs, and Rubem’s mastery in building intelligent systems capable of automating and optimizing complex processes.
Together, they established a perfect symbiosis between creativity and technology. While Deborah guided product requirements based on her hands-on experience, Rubem translated those into algorithms and automated workflows, leveraging generative AI for video analysis, topic extraction, sentiment detection, and actionable insight generation.
The VidInsight AI project is thus the result of this strategic collaboration—a platform that not only automates repetitive tasks such as chapter and description creation but also provides intelligent analytics on engagement and performance. Its central goal is to empower creators to focus on what they do best—producing quality content—while the tool manages the operational and analytical aspects, expanding their reach and impact.
Blending art and science, creativity and code, the duo transformed a vision into a practical tool capable of democratizing access to advanced content optimization resources and driving the next generation of digital creators.
