This is Dinakaran , based out of India and have been dabbling with Programming for more than a decade. My interest areas are around Cloud , DevOps, Security these days . I had a brief stint dabbling with front end technologies like Angular and Ember for quite some time and then came back to my original love of backend programming with Java . Are the Java folks still alive ? Not cool and trendy like the newer shiny stuff these days . Dirtying my hands with Node oflate because not enough samples for Java in the internet . Cry cry . Happy to connect to like-minded folks and collaborate.
Hi Dinakaran!
The students in our CS department are still taught Java, not sure if university classes are a good gauge for "trendy" though. As a CPE student, we stick to C/C++. Welcome to dev!
