The Engineering Background
Before building businesses, Domonique Luchin spent six-plus years as a structural engineer working on oil and gas infrastructure across the Permian Basin and Gulf Coast. He worked at Gulf Interstate Engineering and ACE Fabricators, where he developed the technical discipline that now informs how he designs systems, makes decisions, and builds operations.
That background is not incidental. It shapes everything about how he approaches business — the precision, the tolerance for complexity, the insistence on structure before scale.

The platform uses AI agents, automated lead scoring, and a custom-built pipeline to source distressed properties, engage sellers, and move deals through close with minimal manual intervention.
Load Bearing Demo is his demolition contracting business serving the Houston metro. It runs an AI-assisted bid response system, automated RFQ processing, and a Telegram-based approval workflow so bids go out fast and contracts stay organized.
Quiet Hours Valet is his apartment valet trash operation — a field service business with AI-assisted outreach, automated scheduling, and a system built for repeatable service delivery at scale.
Load Bearing Detailing provides structural steel detailing services using an offshore staffing model with documented PE experience tracking and quality control processes built into the workflow.
Luchin Credit Repair runs a nearly fully automated FCRA dispute workflow — intake through letter generation through follow-up — with minimal manual involvement required.
Petroleum Noir is his mineral rights and landman services operation, built around the Texas RRC permit data and an O&G network that includes his uncle Yachtze Luchin, President and CEO of Unite Oil & Gas International.
