Change All Comment Boxes with Single Click:

You can change the shape of all comment boxes with one click by doing the below steps.

• Let’s consider the below example where you can see the comments. We are going to change the shape of all comments shown below.

Example

• On the Kutools Tab, select the More option, then choose the Change Comment Shape option.

• It will open the Change Comment Shape Dialog Box.
• Select shape – You need to select any one shape that you like and click the Apply All button.

• Now, all the comment boxes have been changed as shown in the below image.

• Apply All – This will apply the shape that you have selected for all comment boxes of the whole workbook.

Batch Change Shapes for Selected Comment Boxes:

You can also batch change shapes for selected comment boxes in the Excel spreadsheet, to do that, follow the below steps.

• In the below screenshot, you can see the comments with the same shape, we are going to change the shape for the selected cells with a single click.

Example

• Go to the Kutools Tab, select the More option, then choose the Change Comment Shape option from the menu.

• It will display the Change Comment Shape Dialog Box.

• Comments list – Here, you need to select the comments that you want to batch change the shapes of comment boxes.

• If you want to select multiple adjacent comments in the worksheet, you need to use the SHIFT key to select them all.

• To select non-adjacent comments from the worksheet you need to hold down the CTRL Key.

• Select shape box – You need to select the shape that you want to apply.

• Next, click the Apply button.
• Now, you will see that all the selected comment boxes are batch changed to the selected shape as shown in the below image.

Apply Different Shapes for Different Comment Boxes:

To apply different shapes for different comment boxes in Excel, follow the below steps.

• In the below image, you can see the comments with the same shape. We are going to change the shape for every comment in the worksheet.
