Steps to Copy Multiple Selections:
Generally, Excel won’t allow you to copy the multiple selections in your spreadsheet, and when you try to do that, it will throw an error message as shown in the below image.
If you really want to copy the multiple selections and paste it to anywhere in the same worksheet, then follow the below steps.
- Kutools for Excel will help you to complete this task because it has a special option of Copy Multiple Ranges utility.
- To do this, you need to hold down the CTRL key and select the multiple ranges that you want to copy.
- Go to the Kutools Tab, select the Copy Ranges option.
- It will open the Copy Multiple Ranges Dialog box.
- In that dialog box, you can see that the selected ranges are filled in the Ranges to be copied section.
- By default, it has chosen the All option under the Paste special section.
- Now, you need to click OK to close this dialog box.
- Then, another dialog box will pop-out to ask you the location/cell reference to paste the result in the same worksheet. You need to specify the cell location using the browse button given in that dialog box.
- At last, hit the OK button to see the result as shown in the below screenshot.
- Before it is impossible to copy values from the multiple cells but with the help of Kutools, you can easily achieve this! The above screenshot confirms its working!…

- You can use the Copy Multiple Ranges utility of Kutools ** to copy **Formulas, Values, Formats, Displayed value, Formulas and number formats, Values and number formats, and Comments.
