- First, you need to open the workbook that has a list of links.

- It will display the Find and Break Broken Links Dialog Box.
- View Cell – If this option is selected, you can click on the link to find and navigate to the specific cell that contains the link.
- If the Status is Error, the link is broken.
Steps to List All Broken Links in a List:
If you want to create a list of broken links of the workbook, do as follows.
- First, you need to open the workbook that contains link cells.
- On the Kutools Tab, select the Link option, then choose the *Find and Break Broken Links * option.
- It will display the Find and Break Broken Links Dialog Box.
- Filter – You need to choose the All broken links option from this drop-down list.
- Now, you will see all the broken links of the workbook in the Find and Break Broken Links Dialog box.

You can list all links based on a specific data source. To do this, follow the below steps.
- You need to open the workbook that contains link cells.
- Go to the Kutools Tab, select the Link option, then choose the *Find and Break Broken Links * option.
- It will display the Find and Break Broken Links Dialog Box.
- Filter – ** You need to **change the filter to the data source.
- Then, you will have a list of cells with links based on the specific data source.
Break Any Links:
- You can break any links from the data source.
- To do that, on the Kutools Tab, select the Link option, then choose the *Find and Break Broken Links * option.
- It will display the Find and Break Broken Links Dialog Box.
- You need to check the links that you want to break.
- Then, click the Break link button.
- Now, you will see that all the links are broken and the cell contents are replaced in the currently displayed values.
