Delete All Blank Rows From Bottom or a Range:

If you want to remove blank rows from the bottom of your worksheet, follow the below steps.

  • You need to place the cursor in the first blank row of the worksheet, then press (CTRL + SHIFT + END) keys to select the blank rows.

  • Then, click the Delete key and save the workbook.
  • Now, all the blank rows have been removed from the bottom.

To remove multiple blank rows from a range, do as follows.

  • You need to select the range where you want to remove blank rows.

  • Go to the Kutools Tab, select the Delete Tools option, then choose the Delete Blank Rows option, select the In selected Range option.

  • It will open the prompt box to tell you how many rows have been removed from the range.

  • Now, it will delete all the empty rows from the selected range as shown in the below image.

Delete All Blank Rows from the Active Sheet, Selected worksheet, or Whole workbook:

You can delete all blank rows from the active sheet by doing the following steps.

  • Go to the Kutools Tab, select the Delete option, choose the Delete Blank Rows option, then select the In Active Sheet option from the menu.

  • Then, all the blank rows in the active sheet will be removed.

Note:

  • You can use the above steps to remove all blank or empty rows from the selected worksheets or the whole workbook.
