Synchronous Select Same Cells in All Worksheets of Excel Office 365!!

Select Same Cells in All Worksheets:

To select the same range of cells in all sheets, follow the below steps.

  • Synchronous select the same cell means if you select a specific range of cells on sheet 1 , and then it will select the same range of cells in all the remaining sheets in the same workbook.
  • Firstly, you need to activate the workbook and select the range that you want to select in all the sheets.
  • Here, we have selected the range B2:E5 as shown in the below screenshot.

  • Go to the Kutools Plus Tab, select the Worksheet option, choose the Sync Worksheets option from the menu.

  • Now, a prompt box will pop-out to tell you that all the worksheets have the same selection range. Refer to the below image.

  • Then, if you move between all the worksheets, each worksheet will have the same selection range as shown in the below image.

Additional Info:

  • The Sync Worksheets option doesn’t support all the hidden worksheets.
  • It can ignore them automatically.
