After downloading all workbooks to extract the desired data from, I used the Excel function "VLOOKUP"

VLOOKUP function says =VLOOKUP(What you want to look up, where you want to look for it, the column number in the range containing the value to return, return an Approximate or Exact match – indicated as 1/TRUE, or 0/FALSE).

to get the data associated with Nigeria into a new worksheet.

After exporting the excel file into PowerBI
I deleted the "Nigeria" Colum and transposed all other columns into rows then made the "Date" row the header as in below

I used a PowerBI cluster Bar chart and Pie chart to best visualize the given Dataset.

CONCLUTION

From the data visualized, we can see that as the year increases the number of Nonimmigrant Visas Issued (Nigeria F-1 ) decreases by 18.16% between 2019 and 2020.
