I booked my t-shirt on 16 Oct and on 13 Nov I received mail from Kotis Design that the order has shipped from DigitalOcean but since then there is no update about the order. I checked the traking page but the last update on traking page was on 13 Nov.
You will receive a mail from KotisDesign which contains the tracking link. If you haven't received it then write a mail to customerservice@kotisdesign.com.
I received the mail, and the tracking link was working, it always displays that the courier is En Route, just the three days ago I checked the tracking link and it was expired,was not working...
I tried calling DHL, but no satisfactory reply from them, I mailed Kotis Design but no reply from them too.
I also have the same issue, mailed kotis design, hacktoberfest team, DHL about the issue, but everytime they send an FAQ email in response. And no further reply.
I have sent an email to customer service at Kotis Design, got a new redeem code for the swag. Process the new swag request, got the email that my order has been shipped. Track it progress in DHL website but it has been stuck at "En Route" process for 5 days. Hopefully it will be delivered successfully ! dev-to-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/up...

Yesterday, I received a new code from Kotis Design for placing the order once again. Let's hope it gets delivered properly this time.
I still haven't recieved a new code. Can you please tell me about what you mailed them?
