Apart from my management day job I do maintain a few libraries like elixir-pdf-generator. I also develop a digital signage system and a course-booking system for midwives on the side.

Any exchange on functional vs. OOP, how to lead a team. I also have to read through the documentation of a new language every few weeks to stay happy.
