For me it's the minimal auth, lacking support of typescript, and bad quality of the source code. It's still a great product, but only for minimal budget / startups.
I also think bad source code which I don't trust, unfinished poor designed plugin system, unfinished poor designed marketplace, not a clear Strategie this is how it feels, it maybe sounds crazy but I would rather host a wordpress + acf to be my backend before I go with strapi, wordpress + acf + woocommerce with rest api allows you to build a backend and instantly sell SaaS products.

I have seen other people with the same opinions as you, especially with Strapi v4. May I ask why that is the case?
