@irreverentmike All tools are perfect for growing the website traffic but as per our opinion we can use multiple tools.

𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗘𝗢 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝘀𝗲:

  1. For Keyword research: Google Trends, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner
  2. For Technical SEO: Google Search Central (You can already added), Lighthouse,
  3. Also Asked: For almost every query you search for on Google,
  4. Google SERP Snippet Optimizer Tool: See how your page will look like on the SERPs
  5. Schema Markup Generator: technicalseo.com
  6. GTmetrix: For website speed check
  7. Google Analytics: Track website Insight

Hope this tool is useful for all..

Please comment which tools are you using

Thank You !

These are great - one thing I would love to dive into a little more deeply is SERP optimization. I've done a bit to make Open Graph embeds better on my sites, and I'm starting to use Structured Data for things like Video pages, FAQs, etc.

Thanks for sharing!

ahrefs is definitely the best SEO tool, as it has the largest database of keywords, and the most active commercial crawler (after the Google), which gets a lot of information about backlinks. Good article, thanks man!

Wow, you sparked some ideas here!

I also utilize Moz, SEO Quake, Google Analytics, Keyword Surfer, SEO Minion, technicalseo.com, GTmetrix, and many other excellent tools. Soon, I plan to write an article on the most valuable tools.

Great tips here! I've never used Fathom so maybe I should check it out. However, I think by using Fathom instead of Google Analytics you miss out on using Search Console Insights (Not Google Search Console), correct? Would using Fathom make up for it? I think Search Console Insights provides a lot of insights into how your website performs on Google's search engines and makes it much easier to understand everything.

You're correct - at the moment you will not have access to Search Console Insights if you're not using Google Analytics. It's a trade-off, unfortunately - I've chosen to forego GA for now for privacy reasons. Search Console Insights does look like it would be very helpful!

The best privacy first web analytics I've found is Umami. It's open source so you run it on your own server/Heroku, etc.

I've never heard of f5bot, just signed up after reading this.

Google search console and ahrefs are gold. I dropped analytics for my blog and just look at these.

Thanks Waylon! F5bot has been super reliable for me - and always a delight to get a notification that someone else is sharing my work. With how much you've been writing, I'm sure you'll see some of the same.

Good call! Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals are both critical if you want your pages to rank.

I bookmarked because mainly my interest here is more for SEO. Thank you! Moreover I liked that I used the same tools. Meanwhile you are ignoring Bing and they have their own webmaster. I suppose Bing together with MS will catch more market percentage in the nearest future.
