I did dive quite deep into several domains and technologies but every time I switch I have to allow some of the columns in the graph to gradually go down as the technological and business landscapes change.
I have to admit that your depiction of the comb shaped developer comes across as quite stressful to me (not sure that I understood it like you meant it). It sounds like "be better than almost everyone at almost everything" :)
That's good feedback. Read it more as "by the time you've done this so long, you're going to look like this" not "this is what you need to start becoming". Enjoy whatever path you're on. It'll likely change a few times, but that's okay.
