Then I am providing a different definition of what a programming language is which would include HTML, and you disagree with it. And that's Ok. Other people will disagree with both of us and say that Turing-completeness is what really defines a programming language. Others will say that programming languages can be Turing-complete or not. You say your definition of a programming language is the correct one (opinion), I say I find it too restrictive (opinion). We can agree to disagree.
